Operations Assistant

Due to internal promotion we are looking to hire an Operations Assistant (this could be the first of many jobs with us due to our opportunities for progression)

About the Role

About the role:

The Operations assistant will be responsible for:

  • Processing of Sales orders and all administrative duties set out by the operations department with strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Responsible for managing lead times with couriers, maintaining a close relationship with customers and suppliers to make sure goods & services are supplied to the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Receiving and inspecting all goods entering in to the company and despatching orders in accordance with the customer delivery notes along with assisting in any manual operational work requirements.
  • To assist the Operations Manager with the companies Quality Management System, internal auditing and any other Quality Management work that is required
  • Assisting with the project management function on both internal and external projects.
  • Prioritise work load and take direction from management to meet deadlines with a flexible helpful attitude.

The ideal Candidate for the role will have/be:

Salary: £17,500 – £22,000 DOE
