Partnership - Critical to Success



Key to our strategy and our success is our ability to integrate and work with other organisations and vendors. Cristie has evolved from a manufacturer into a systems integrator and whilst today the only Cristie product left is CBMR, this technical focus still leads us to chose our suppliers and partners carefully.

 

We define our partners into two tiers. We invest significant time & budget into our Top Tier Vendors to deliver value to both them and our customers. For all of our Tier One Partners, all engineering, implementation, design and technical support (field and phone based) is primarily handled by Cristie Professional Services.

 

This doesn't mean that our tier two vendors are neglected in any way. Our sales and professional services team include them heavily in all of our processes. Our support team continue to take 1st line diagnostic support calls also, which means that we have a level of understanding in the products, but not to the depth of our primaries.

 

This approach allows us to partner effectively with both our customers and our vendors to continue to deliver a high level of service.
